Under 3 Program
Our Teddy program includes parent/child classes for kids under 3. This focuses on getting your child comfortable in the water, learning critical survival skills, and starts the basics of kicking, paddling and floating.
Bear Paddle’s story-based lesson plans are created from a child’s perspective to keep children involved and learning throughout their swim lessons. Our indoor swimming lessons in our heated pool is divided into stations for each level with all the required teaching tools. Each student progresses at their own pace and is recognized for their accomplishments with Bear Paddle’s Skill Patch Rewards.
Our certified swim teachers make learning to swim fun with small class sizes and a new theme every month. All of this in a purpose-built facility just for kids!
Our lessons are embedded in an immersive, story-based curriculum that allows your child to master the building blocks of swimming before moving on to more challenging endeavors.
We make swimming a convenient and consistent part of your student’s routine! We offer Weekly Swim Lessons seven days a week, year-round at participating locations. Simply pick a day and time that works best for your family.
If you want your child to graduate level 4 more quickly, our All in 9 program gets them there in just nine months. Through your commitment to attendance and our unwavering commitment to progress tracking, your child will be able to float on their back independently, swim at least 25 feet, and self-rescue.
Our curriculum is designed to teach critical survival skills with the foundational elements of swimming, and build on their skills as they progress through our 7-level system. Our monthly in-water evaluations and progress reports track your child’s progress so they graduate into the next level when they are ready, not when our schedule tells them to. Our Progress Patches serve as a reward system to celebrate every new swim skill they learn!
